RE: Life Insurance Extension

Due to a recent, state-wide increase in calls concerning the I&B Trust of PORAC’s “Simplified Issue” offering under the Life Insurance program, the underwriting company has agreed to a final extension to the offering. Your members may apply for life insurance limits ranging from $50,000 to $250,000 with no medical exam required. Applications must received by the administrator, Myers-Stevens and Toohey, by the end of the business day on February 29, 2012. No further extensions will be made.

An explanatory brochure and enrollment form are attached. Please distribute to your membership ASAP. If you have questions or need help, contact Myers-Stevens & Toohey at (800) 827-4695.

Note: Please circulate this message to your routing lists. This is a great offer to obtain insurance with no physical required!
